    CONSTRUCTION: Bracelets on elastic (no clasp). Necklaces & anklets on cotton string, knotted between each bead, with a plastic twist clasp.. Earrings have silver-plated nickel clasps. Typical bead size 4-5mm, but can range from 3 to 7mm, most necklaces taper slightly in bead diameter towards the ends. As always exact bead color and shape can vary slightly. These are handmade, size is within 1/2 inch. Lead-free.

    It's Not Very Green

    It's not quite what I expected. The images weren't super clear so I made an assumption that I was going to get a dark, earthy green. The beads are mostly brown, with a lot of sediment so the beads that are not brown are opaque with lots of rough areas. To be fair, the sediment is what makes the amber green, from what I have read, But it doesn't appear to be sediment encased in amber, it's just a full bead of sediment. I would recommend just choosing one of the prettier traditional brown amber necklaces.
    The necklace is well-tied and I like the size of the beads and the way they subtly taper to the clasp at the back. The clasp is easy to use and feels solid.

    Thanks very much for this helpful disclaimer, indeed 'Dark Green' is the formal name but as it's a natural substance it can range a bit from dark green to lighter green, and it's always a bit muddy or brownish. Of course if ever you're unhappy with the look of what you get we're happy to exchange it or accept it for a full refund, you're always safe with us! :)

    Loooooove it!!!

    LOVE IT!!!

    Some one mentioned to me before my son had teeth that this would help with teething. My son has a Baltic Amber necklace since he was 6 months old, my son is now 2. I always suggested these necklaces to every mom with babies. I believe they work and I will continue to use them on my children!!!
