TIME TO SHIP - We usually process and ship orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them, depending on the day/time the order is received. See specific cutoff times for U.S. orders (below).
Most orders to the US will be shipped via USPS First Class. Average delivery time takes 3-5 business days (just under a week), from the time that the parcel enters into the postal system. Our typical packing cutoff times are as follows:
Order by Sunday Midnight PST - Ships Tuesday by 4:30 PM
Order by Tuesday Midnight PST - Ships Thursday by 4:30 PM
Order by Thursday Midnight PST - Ships Friday by 4:30 PM (or in some cases Saturday by Noon)
Most of the time a tracking number is available and will be emailed to you automatically following a shipment notice.

NOTE ON PAYPAL eCHECKS - Paying through PayPal using the eCheck option will delay the shipment of your order. We are not able to ship the order until the eCheck clears which usually takes 3-4 business days. If you've placed an order using an eCheck and would like to cancel it and pay by credit card, please contact us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES
RATE - Jewelry orders under $75 are $6.99 to anywhere in the world.
NOTE - The size of International orders is limited. If you are getting an error at checkout and have several pieces of jewelry in your cart, you may need to split your order into two smaller ones.
NOTE - Ointments and other heavier items are not available for shipment to international addresses. Hazelaid is not liable to replace or refund any product disallowed by the customs of your home country. Customs and duty charges levied on your orders your responsibility.
NOTE - Australian customs can take up to 3 weeks.
NOTE - We do not replace lost orders to India, Mexico, Africa, or Israel.
Please make sure your ship-to address is correct/current. We cannot be responsible for lost packages which were shipped to an incorrect address provided by you. Immediately after you place an order our cart system contacts you to confirm your order and ask you to check your shipping address one final time. If you do note an incorrect address, please let us know immediately. We often ship orders within one business day. We are now offering postal insurance on orders within North America for just $1.99. Insurance is available for international orders for $2.99. This means we will reship your order for free should it fail to arrive due to an issue with the postal system (pretty rare, but it still happens). Highly recommended for international orders. Note that the insurance does not cover orders lost due to mistakes in the provided shipping address, or if the customs of your international location refuses the parcel. PURCHASING 'FULFILLED BY AMAZON' PRODUCTS
Increasingly, we are offering many of our styles and sizes via Amazon's fulfillment services at HazelaidExpress.com. This allows for US customers to receive their order much faster and, if they choose, to pay extra to have it shipped priority. Because the product is already warehoused in the US, there is no customs to deal with so this is a great option. Although some prices are different at HazelaidExpress we don't usually offer discounts codes, all of our products on Amazon qualify for free super-saver shipping! NOTE - We do not have the ability to direct these items to an address outside of the US. Fulfillment is through the Amazon system and we do not have the ability to stop or redirect orders once placed.
