    Broken within 2 weeks

    My 3 year old daughter loved her beautiful 6.5” amber ankle bracelet. I feel like it was helping to calm her mood-she’s in the middle of the “terrible 3’s” right now. She definitely had fewer tantrums while wearing it. However, within 2 weeks of wearing it, it’s broken where the string meets the twist clasp at one end. As much as we loved it, I can’t afford to keep buying replacements. She also had an 11” pop clasp amber necklace that was quickly destroyed. The pop clasp cracked down the middle. I guess some kids just can’t use these, as much as they may work. If you can’t keep it in one piece….

    Thanks for writing and I'm so sorry to hear about the challenges you've had with your items. :/ The first break at the the string sounds like it was a safety release, a necessary thing. But if ever that happens just write us and we can provide an at-cost replacement, we don't want to profit off of when that happens.

    The second time where the clasp itself broke, if it was within the first 90 days, that would be a defect and we would replace that for free. :)

    LOVE LOVE LOVE

    I ordered 2 necklaces, I’ve had other mommy friends swear by these so I purchased the 11” and the 12” just because I didn’t know if the necklaces would be exact with the measurements.
    The amount of drool we see when our 4 month old has his on is incredible! So happy I bought a bigger size too so when he grows out of it I have a back up! Would definitely recommend

    My son recieved this item as a gift when he was 3 months old and wore it everyday. He is now 1 and is usually a very happy baby and sleeps well. We were not sure if the necklace actually worked until we lost it. I noticed a difference right away. He's been clingy and
    crabby. He has also started waking up crying in the middle of the night, something he never used to do. I ordered a new necklace today so hopefully he'll feel better soon. I also love the look of the honey necklace. We decided to try the lemon this time because we read the lighter the better.
