Looks adorable. Unfortunately I learned first hand that the break away clasp works splendidly. Fortunately the break away clasp works splendidly. I haven't noticed an overwhelming change since my daughter started wearing; however, there were a handful of nights where she was inconsolable all night. I noticed it was the nights her father forgot to put the necklace back on after swim. It took several occurrences for me to make the connection- so I don't think it's a placebo effect

I purchased this necklace for my 3 month old daughter who has been dealing with colic, gas pain, and general tummy trouble for the last several weeks. She has a poor latch when nursing, so it causes her to swallow a lot of air and results in lots of tummy aches. I'd heard that hazelwood can help, so I figured I'd give it a try, as we know how well amber works for teething! We adore this necklace. Not only is it super cute on, but it actually works. I've noticed in the last week of her wearing it that our evenings are calmer, she's less upset and cries less. I think it's actually even helped her improve her latch, because she's not straining from a tummy ache and able to focus on latching properly. I bought this necklace for my daughter when she was about 3 months old and struggling with silent reflux. She wore it as an anklet and we noticed a marked decrease in flair ups/pain after about a week of constant wear. We are back for baltic amber now. :) Very pleased. The only complaint I have is that the metal discolored after a couple of months and was a but sharp for baby skin,
