All of our products are guaranteed defect-free for 90 days. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you experience a defect in the product that is not the result of excess forces, please contact us (at contact@hazelaid.com) so that we can arrange for a free replacement.
😊 AT-COST REPLACEMENT
If you believe your necklace's safety mechanism has been triggered, either due to it getting caught or a child pulling it off, we can usually arrange to replace it for you at a very discounted rate. Please contact us for details.
🇺🇸 U.S. RETURNS
1. If your product(s) are like-new (worn less than 24 hours) or in essentially unused condition, they can be returned to us for a full refund.
2. Refunds are on returned product(s) only (any original postage paid is not refundable).
3. Return the unused product(s) in our original packaging (or something similar) and include a copy of the packing receipt you received with the shipment (or even just a note with your order number).
**Please send all returns in light bubble wrap packaging as items often get shattered if sent back in a regular envelope. We cannot process a return if this instruction is not followed and it comes back to us broken.**
4. Upon request, we can provide a pre-paid USPS return label at a discounted cost of $5 (deducted from the refund total). Please contact us to initiate a return and receive a pre-paid return label.
5. Or you can elect to purchase your own shipping label and receive a full refund on your product(s). We recommend using USPS (not a parcel service, which would be very expensive). Send to:

If you are in Canada, we recommend returning your item(s) through Canada Post. We have a non-U.S. address you can send it to, and if you reuse our packaging (or something similar, less than 2cm thick) you can return it to us for just $2.61 in stamps. Mail to:

🔁 EXCHANGES
To expedite the exchange process, we recommend simply returning your item(s) using the above return process, and placing a new order for the desired item(s). You may elect to place the new order right away, and receive the refund on the return later (fastest) or wait for the return to be received & refunded before ordering the new item (often a week or more, depending on how quickly you post the return).
😬 WHEN WE MAKE A MISTAKE
Occasionally we do make mistakes when packing your order—so sorry!
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us and we will get the problem corrected right away, at no cost to you. We may also ask if you would return the incorrect item to us, and if that's the case, we will, of course, cover the return postage with a pre-paid label.
