Order Status

Using the form below, simply enter the order number you were provided when you completed checkout (and in your order confirmation email) and the e-mail address you used to place your order. This will fetch and display your order and status along with any special notes that may have been added. If it has been more than 2-3 business days since you've ordered your order status should be 'CLOSED' meaning we've completed the fulfillment on your order and it's on it's way to you.

If it has been longer than 2-3 business days and it does not say 'CLOSED' please contact us ASAP!

*Most U.S. orders now have tracking! You should have received an email with tracking information 1-2 days after your order confirmation email. You can also CLICK HERE to view your parcels progress (you will need to enter your order number and email in again).

*If your order is late please double check that your transaction went through (debt on your payment account) and that your ship-to address is correct before contacting us, those'll be the first things we want to check. :)
