    CONSTRUCTION: Made with nylon-coated steel wire, 100% natural hazelwood, Baltic amber beads, and silver-plated zinc clasp (lobster style opening). Bracelets and anklets on elastic. Slight variations in the diameter and color of the hazelwood beads. These are handmade, size is within 1/2 inch. Lead-free.

    received wrong item

    i received the necklace in the mail, but even though i ordered an adult necklace i got one for a new born, since they do not have a phone i could not call, i need to know how i can get the right one without paying again.

    Hi Roseanna, thanks for writing, yes we don't have a staffed phone line (not quite big enough for that yet!) :) but if you email us we're usually good to fix any issues like this within 24 hours. So so sorry for the mixup on your order. I'll have our guys reship your order ASAP, and please gift the child-sized necklace to someone who needs it. ;)

    I had eczema before putting this on, and after a couple of weeks it went away, its amazing :) When I get the skin problems again I know its time to buy a new one :)
