My daughter swears by these...all three of her babies have used these during teething. I got to thinking it might be of value for the pain in my shoulder. Inflammation there has caused sleepless nights over the course of the last ten or twelve years, due to straining the rotator cuff. Nothing so serious as to require surgery, but enough to cause interrupted sleep..
So, I bought this 10 months ago, thinking it may have a difference in overall inflammation. Not the lightest color, as I didn't want something looking too bright. I hadn't given it a lot of thought since I started to wear it, but recently I realized that my shoulder pain is negligible. I don't know for fact it is the result of the amber, but as it is the only change I have made regarding joint pain, I have to assume it is the main reason.
Overall, I like this necklace. I like the way it looks as well. Folks have noticed I wear it, and many have asked if it is amber, and why I wear it. So now I add to the story of my grandchildren the fact that it seems to have impacted the inflammation of the shoulder joint. I'm thinking of adding another just for the added impact of additional inflammation reduction throughout my whole system. As inflammation is one additional factor in heart attacks, any reduction is sure to help.
