Thanks for writing, and indeed we are mostly limited to 1' sizing due to the length of the hazelwood beads.
That said we do have an adjsutable hazelwood anklets that allow for perfect sizing. They're not in the hazelwood & magnetic section but with other kinds of beads, we offer this adjustable sizing. Visit here for options:

I bought the necklace for my husband right before he had extensive shoulder surgery.
