Baltic Amber Multicolored Bean

I ordered this anklet because I have sprained my ankle numerous times in my life, and the most recent time I sprained it was about a half a year ago. The swelling in the ankle from this most recent sprain had never completely gone down so it could not properly heal and caused me occasional pain. So I got this anklet because I heard it helped with pain and swelling. First, the shipping was faster than I expected! Second, After I wore the anklet for a day I noticed the swelling had gone down a little, which after having it swollen for about 6 months my ligaments or tendons in my ankle were still stretched out and so everything was a little loose in my ankle for about a week after I put this anklet on. This caused me to have some pain if I stepped wrong because it was loose and moved around more and a constant dull discomfort, but I kept wearing the anklet because I knew once everything went back to the normal elasticity it would feel better and I would rather experience discomfort for a little while than have it still be swollen and be in worse pain. After about a week the discomfort stopped and my ankle feels pretty normal now! And now i am not in as much pain! Overall I loved this anklet!
When I first put the anklet on I couldn't really feel the bone on the outside of my right ankle because of a 'bubble' of swelling and now I can feel my bone the same as my other ankle!!!!
