Want us to include a note with your gift?

1. Choose from three card designs: Butterfly, Birthday, or Holiday.

2. Hit 'Add to Cart' and check that it's successfully added before completing your order.

3. Send a 150 character or less message to contact@hazelaid.com and provide your order number for reference.

Once we receive your order & email we'll handwrite your note into the card and include it with your gift. :)
