    CONSTRUCTION: Safety release, cotton string knotted between each bead, plastic amber-colored twist clasp or pop clasp (choose your preferred clasp style along with the size in the dropdown below).     Love this site

    I found this site when I was looking for somewhere to buy Hazelwood for my son who struggled with severe reflux as a baby. I bought him a Hazelwood bracelet and it was life changing. When he finally outgrew the reflux I switched him to Baltic Amber and he has worn it everyday since. He is about to be 4 and he still wears it every day. I usually buy new ones from here every 6 months or so and am always satisfied. I recently bought an Hazelwood anklet for a friend who suffers from eczema and another friend whose baby is struggling through teething. I recommend this site specifically to anyone who asks about my sons necklace. 10/10

    Wrong Color/Lemondrop

    I don't usually leave reviews but thought it would be considerate to warn those who ignored negative views on the wrong color of this necklace. The necklace you will receive will most likely be the lemondrop color and if you reach out to let owners know they sent the wrong color, you'll most likely get an email back saying, tough luck, you can return or exchange and that it was the right necklace just a "lighter batch". I write this to let future customers know the colors are completely wrong and owners will not own up to their mistake. Unfortunate since this was the second necklace i ordered from them (same necklace was ordered 2 years ago with no issue).There are plenty of other sites to order from. I would not order from Hazelaid again.

    Thanks for adding your experience, we always leave these up even if the stars are low because we want our customers to have the most information as possible when making there selections! :) And I'm so sorry that it wasn't a good experience this time around. Trying to respond to your specific feedback, our team member didn't own up to a mistake because one wasn't made? As the product listing says, 'As always exact bead color and shape can vary slightly.' Obviously we seek to match each piece to the color to the picture on the listing as much as possible but given the high level of variation of real Baltic amber, it's never 100% exact. That experience can be exasperated if you order the same item again later and you end up with items each on the far end of the range we consider acceptable for 'Cinnamon.'

    All that said, we *always* process returns and exchanges at our own expense if you don't absolutely love your item. :)

    If we don't hear back from you again on the offer of a return or an exchange, we'll refund you for this item.

    We love this necklace! She has so much less drooling and crying when she has it on now that she is teething. We would definitely recommend this necklace to anyone who is interested in teething relief. Not to mention the excellent customer service. We are now forever customers

    ordered two, both broke

    I had ordered one for my son, it broke a month or so later. So I ordered another one, with a coupon the gave me that only took off tax, and it broke too! I really thought it was beautiful and helped my son, but I cannot order a third one.
